Do I need previous experience to join any class?

Not at all. Every class at Zenara is beginner-friendly and includes clear guidance, optional modifications, and pacing that lets you move comfortably at your own level.

A yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in. If you don’t have a mat, we provide rentals and complimentary towels for selected sessions.

Our Hot Yoga studio ranges between 95–100°F to encourage flexibility and detoxification while keeping the environment safe and monitored throughout class.

Yes, but we recommend consulting your doctor first. Our instructors can offer gentle modifications, posture alternatives, and guidance to help you move safely.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle your mat, adjust props, and transition into a calm, mindful state before practice begins.
